Sport is about moments. Visual, emotionally charged moments that not only unites fans, but provides the opportunities to connect and deepen relationships with their fans - and the Dallas Mavericks are without doubt a leader in their field.

As a highly regarded member of the NBA, customer engagement has always played a pivotal role in the customer centric activities for the Dallas Mavericks. Since partnering with Pushologies in 2021, the core objective has been to take their digital marketing strategy to new levels by focusing on their fans game day experience.

Having seen amazing results using the proprietary carousel notification to replace their hard copy programmes, the Mavericks introduced Pushologies unique video notification into their engagement strategy for this season to engage their fans like never before!

Using rich video content within a notification ahead of each scheduled game to drive more pre-game excitement has the results speaking for themselves! With open rates 9 times higher than industry average and engagement rates averaging 30% and peaking at 53%, their success on and off the court this year has been paramount.
